Privacy

What this site collects

The public pages keep ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for 30 days, for security. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cookies on the public pages.

Client cabinets

A cabinet is opened only by its owner and the people they invite. To run it we store your name, e-mail address, sign-in keys, and a session cookie that is strictly necessary for access (no consent banner is required for it). We also record how the cabinet is used: which materials were opened and downloaded, when, for how long, and from which address and device — including refused sign-in attempts. The cabinet owner and Ingolf can see this; it is kept for the life of the cabinet so that the history of the work stays complete.

Assistant connectors

If you connect an AI assistant, it reads the cabinet through a personal endpoint you can switch off at any time. Requests made by the assistant are logged like any other access.

Where data lives

On a server in Germany (EU). E-mail is sent through a transactional mail provider; it receives only the address and the message.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything in your cabinet (the export button does this instantly), for corrections, or for deletion — write to [email protected].
